Exhibition "All nomads" dedicated to the central problem of the arts of Kazakhstan of recent decades – national identity, the definition of his artistic, ethical, political, and cultural positions in the affected is known to relatively recent historical events the world.

The main task for the curators is to present the current status of contemporary art in the country.
The curators unite in the space of artists from several generations: from the "first parents" of the Kazakhstan contemporary art (the founder of legendary group "Kyzyl Tractor" Moldakul Narymbetov and Abilsaid Atabekov, and Georgiy Tryakin-Bukharov) with the people who associate with the arts of Kazakhstan now (Almagul Menlibayeva, Erbossyn Meldibekov, Saule Suleimenova, Rashid Nurekeev, etc.), as well as with the masters of the new generation (Syrlybek Bekbotaev, Bakhyt Bubikanova, Gulnur Mukazhanova, etc.). The name of the exhibition was received from the work of Sergei Berdnikov "All nomads" 2003, representing a unique blend of artistic traditions. Exhibition works talk about the combinations of deep national identity with global influences, Asian with European, post-industrial with nomadism, Islam with paganism, Soviet mentality and the capitalistic way of life. By selecting these or those works, curators aim to recreate and dispel the myths about today's art of Kazakhstan.

Curated by Angelika Akilbekova (Kazakhstan).
